Conservative, Strong Leader, and a Commitment to Texas.
Forged in Service
Growing up in a middle-class family, Kurt Schwab learned the values of hard work and duty early on. In 1986, he joined the United States Air Force, beginning a career that took him to the front lines of major military operations, from the attack on the USS Stark to Operation Just Cause in Panama. After transitioning to the Air Force Reserves, he was called to active duty for Operations Desert Shield and Desert Storm. As a C-130 Loadmaster, he served with distinction during Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring Freedom, accumulating nearly 2,000 flight hours.
A Legacy of Leadership
Kurt’s commitment to service is a family legacy, inspired by his father, a Marine who served during the Cold War. After leaving active duty, Kurt continued this mission by taking on leadership roles with the USO, directing operations at both St. Louis Lambert Airport and Fort Leonard Wood. In 2009, he founded VOIEF, an organization dedicated to supporting veterans and their families, and later spearheaded Texas’s only veteran-run mobile kitchen program to provide critical support in times of need.
Ready to Serve Again
It’s time to send a proven patriot to Washington who will never back down.
